is located approximately 3 ½ hours northeast
of Vancouver, BC, Canada. This historic gold, platinum
and coal mining town is rapidly becoming one of BC’s
more desirable year round recreational areas. Otter
Lake is located one block from the accommodations.
There are hiking areas, many scenic trails, and lots
of bike riding for the whole family on the Kettle
Valley Trans Canada Trail. In the winter,
there’s plenty of snow in the surrounding mountains
for snow mobiling and cross-country skiing. Come
visit us for your week or weekend get away.

Rental
Rates (Canadian Funds):

Season: $200 per night, minimum 3 nights

August, Christmas and New Years: $1600
per week, minimum 1 week stay

Booking,
Payment and Cancellation:

25%
of total payment is due within 5 days of booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to the Arrival
Date.

A
security deposit of $200.00 is required in
addition to the total payment and is due within
30 days prior to the Arrival Date. Provided
there is no damage, your deposit will be returned
within 30 days.

If
you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the
unit is re-rented.

Check
in is after 3:00 p.m. and departure is before
12:00 noon, it may be possible to check in
earlier and depart later depending on bookings.
